Request fields remain in the browser until you choose to copy or download them. No source documents are uploaded. Do not enter patient, case, criminal-record or identity details. The private host may process access/authentication logs; this form adds no analytics. Before real documents are received, controller/processor roles, written instructions, confidentiality, any GDPR special-category/criminal-data conditions, access controls, retention and a customer-approved transfer route must be agreed. Files are not sent to external AI tools. Business contact enquiries and accounting records have separate purposes and retention. Publisher contact, final privacy notice and handling arrangements must be completed before public opening. No cookies are set and no browser storage is used. The legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) will be confirmed in the final notice: pre-contractual steps or contract for quotations, legitimate interest for business correspondence, and legal obligation for accounting records. Your rights include the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability; requests will be handled by the publisher once contact details are confirmed. A complaint may be lodged with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) or, in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
